LoI Signing Ceremony between Asian-China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association & Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI)

On 16 August 2022, Asian-China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) have signed the letter of intent (LoI) at the ACEC Industry-Academia-Research Centre in Kuala Lumpur and held a kick-off forum.

Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris was founded in 1922 in Tanjung Malim, Perak, Malaysia. It is a public comprehensive university that played an important role in the history of Malaysian education. UPSI is committed to bring changes in education by spreading knowledge through teaching and learning, research, publication, negotiation and community service in the context of human capital development excellence at the domestic and international levels.

ACEC Association's academic team participated in the meeting remotely, and the two sides discussed the scope, method, progress and other issues of cooperation. Cooperation and exchange projects describe specific plans and implementation plans. Leaders of the two sides have fully communicated, and will continue to deepen the cooperation for future works.

Later, witnessed by the leaders of the universities and colleges of both parties, Mr. Yang Chengcheng, Executive Director of ACEC Association, and Prof. Dr. Nur Ikhwan bin Mohamad, Director of International and Mobility Centre of UPSI, signed the letter of intent. The signing of the LoI will implement the cooperation between ACEC and UPSI, in making the cooperation work in an orderly manner, and to enhance the international vision and employability of teachers and students through bilateral exchanges.

After the signing ceremony, the UPSI team visited the teaching venue, conference center, international expert service center, and facilities of the ACEC Industry-Academia-Research Centre in Kuala Lumpur, and experienced Chinese culture. This cross-cultural exchange was unanimously agreed upon by the UPSI team.

2022年8月16日，亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC Association）与马来西亚国立师范大学（又称苏丹依德里斯大学/Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris）于吉隆坡ACEC产学研中心签署合作意向书并召开启动座谈会。

马来西亚国立师范大学于1922年在马来西亚丹绒马林创校，是一所在马来西亚教育史上担任重要角色的公立师范类综合性大学。致力于在国内外优秀人力资本发展的大背景下，通过教与学、研究、出版、协商、社区服务等途径传播知识，为教育带来变化。

ACEC的学术团队远程参与会议，双方就合作的范围、方式、进度等问题展开了对接，来自师范大学体育学院、计算机与艺术学院、语言学院、音乐与表演学院的院长分别对双方即将开展的合作交流项目讲述具体方案和实施计划。双方各专业领导充分交流，双方将不断加深合作。

随后，在双方大学及各学院领导见证下，ACEC执行会长杨程成先生与师范大学国际合作交流中心主任努益万教授（Prof. Dr. Nur Ikhwan bin Mohamad）签署合作意向书。本次意向书的签署将落实ACEC与师范大学的合作，使合作工作有序进行，并通过双边交流提升师资与学生国际化视野与就业能力。

签署仪式后，师范大学团队参观了ACEC吉隆坡产学研中心的教学场地、会议中心、国际专家服务中心、产学研合作基地的设施，同时体验中国文化，本次跨文化交流受到了师范大学团队的一致好评。
