Vice Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) as Honorary Advisor of China-ASEAN Alliance of Universities for Electronic Information and Innovation

In the afternoon of March 1, Prof Datuk Ts. Dr. Roziah Mohd Janor, Vice Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) accepted the appointment of the China-ASEAN Alliance of Universities for Electronic Information and Innovation (CAAUEII) as the Honorary Advisor of the Alliance.

Vission and Mission of CAAUEII

In September 2021, CAAUEII was formally established under the collaboration between the Asia China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association and Guilin University of Electronic Technology, China. The core value of the alliance is to deepen the international communication and collaboration between China and ASEAN countries. There are multiple projects included under the Alliance, such as promoting project collaboration between Chinese and Malaysian universities and industries in electronic technology innovation, talent training, and industry-academia-research areas.

Prof Datuk Ts. Dr. Roziah Mohd Janor as Honorary Advisor of CAAUEII

In the afternoon of March 1, Mr. Yang Chengcheng, Executive Director of ACEC, visited Prof Datuk Ts. Dr. Roziah Mohd Janor, Vice Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). They greeted and discussed the collaboration of industry-academia-research between China and ASEAN. On behalf of CAAUEII, Mr. Yang Chengcheng presented a commemorative plate of Honorary Advisor to Prof Datuk Ts. Dr. Roziah Mohd Janor.

Prospects

During the meeting, they discussed various collaboration opportunities on building a physical platform for talent cultivation, resource sharing, and industry-education integration. They also discussed the high-quality international talent cultivation program. Since its establishment, the China-ASEAN Alliance of Universities for Electronic Information and Innovation has been committed to cross-regional cultural communication and collaboration. With the support of Prof Datuk Ts. Dr. Roziah Mohd Janor, the Honorary Advisor of CAAUEII, the Alliance's education and cooperation platform will continue to develop in-depth.

马来西亚玛拉工艺大学校长担任中国-东盟信息港电子信息人才培养与科技创新联盟荣誉顾问

3月1日下午，马来西亚玛拉工艺大学校长拿督罗吉雅教授接受中国—东盟信息港电子信息人才培养与科技创新联盟（CAAUEII）的委任，成为联盟的荣誉顾问。

联盟宗旨

2021年9月，在亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC）和中国桂林电子科技大学的合作带领下，中国—东盟信息港电子信息人才培养与科技创新联盟正式成立。联盟的核心宗旨是深化中国与东盟各国的国际交流与合作。联盟内容体系下包含有多重项目，例如推进中国与马来西亚高校和企业在电子信息领域创新人才培养和产学研等方面的重要合作项目。

荣誉顾问

3月1日下午，ACEC执行会长杨程成先生拜访了玛拉工艺大学校长拿督罗吉雅教授，双方互道问候，便对中国东盟产学研合作问题展开了深入的交流与探讨。杨程成先生代表CAAUEII联盟将荣誉顾问纪念盘赠与拿督罗吉雅校长。

交流展望

交流会谈期间，双方基于搭建一个人才培养，资源共享，产教结合的产学研实体平台的共同诉求，不仅谈及各项互助互利的合作机会，也谈论到有关高质量国际人才的培育计划话题。中国-东盟信息港电子信息人才培养与科技创新联盟自成立以来，便不断致力于跨区域文化交流与合作，有了荣誉顾问拿督罗吉雅校长的助力加持，势必会推动联盟教育与合作平台持续深入发展。
