Physical & Virtual Signing Ceremony between Ningxia Medical University (NXMU) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Faculty of Medicine

On 28th February 2022, a hybrid signing ceremony was held between Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Ningxia Medical University and Asia China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association for the Physical & Virtual Signing Ceremony between Ningxia Medical University (NXMU) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Faculty of Medicine. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the Collaboration Initiative were officially signed by Prof. Dato Dr. Norazah Mohd Nordin, Deputy Vice Chancellor of UKM, Professor Jiang Yideng, Chancellor of NXMU and witnessed by Mr Yang Chengcheng, Executive Regional Director of ACEC.

During the ceremony, Mr. Yang Chengcheng, Executive Chairman of ACEC invited students and teachers to participate in the cross-cultural exchange program of the China-ASEAN Alliance of Universities for Electronic Information Innovation, which is scheduled to be launched on March 5. Mr Yang Chengcheng also mentioned that ACEC will build an overseas industry-academia-research collaboration base in Malaysia and ASEAN region, introduce more capital and resources to continue to promote China ASEAN Industry-Academia-Research collaboration. Mr Yang encouraged UKM teachers and students to visit NXMU and other alliance universities for cultural exchange activities. He believes it will promote continued cooperation cultivating more high-quality international talents under the Belt and Road Initiative to promote common progress and development in the region.

Prof. Dato' Dr. Norazah expressed her positive feedback on the ceremony and hoped that throughout this collaboration with Ningxia Medical University will promote extensive and comprehensive cooperation in academic fields between the two countries and brings positive impacts. Prof. Jiang Yideng also shared the same vision for the collaboration, and through this collaboration, NXMU is committed to promote the exchange and deepening of medical education collaboration between two countries.

2月28日上午，马来西亚国立大学（国大）、宁夏医科大学以及亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（亚促会）举行宁夏医科大学与马来西亚国民大学医学系实体与虚拟签约仪式。国大副校长拿督诺拉扎教授、宁夏医科大学校长姜怡邓教授在亚促会执行会长杨程成先生的见证下正式签署合作备忘录。

仪式中，亚促会执行会长杨程成先生广邀师生参与定于3月5日启动的中国东盟电子信息人才培养联盟的跨文化交流项目。 杨程成会长也提到今年里建设海外产学研合作实体平台，引进现金资源继续推动中国-东盟产学研合作。杨会长在会上鼓励国大师生前往宁夏医科大学和其他联盟成员学授课、交流，在一带一路倡议下推动双方继续合作培养更多高质量国际人才，促进区域共同进步和发展。

国大副校长拿督诺拉扎教授表达对于此次合作促成的正面反馈，期待与宁夏医科大学的合作能够推动两国学术领域广泛和全面合作，并由此产生积极的影响。宁夏医科大学校长姜怡邓教授也对此次合作有相同的愿景，通过这次合作致力推动两国医学教育合作交流与深入。
