Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between ACEC Association and Sarawak Skills (PPKS)

On August 27, 2021, ACEC Association and Sarawak Skills (PPKS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) online. The online signing ceremony was conducted by ACEC’s Regional Executive Director, Mr. Yang Chengcheng and Secretary General Siti Farah, together with PPKS’s Executive Director, Mr. Hallman bin Sabri and Deputy Executive Director, Mr. Zakri MD Salleh.

PPKS is an applied technology center covering university education and vocational education initiated by the Malaysian government and more than 70 internationally renowned enterprises.

Both ACEC and PPKS will joint international industrial resources with Chinese enterprises along the Belt and Road to create a cooperative and mutually beneficial education platform, further expand the scope of cooperation of the Belt and Road Education and Industry Research Alliance, and create an international learning and education platform in more field.

ACEC and PPKS will jointly set up a Chinese Culture Center with the support of the Ministry of Education and Research to provide Chinese culture and vocational Chinese language training for young local students and teachers through a combination of online or offline methods.

At the same time, both ACEC and PPKS will cooperate with Chinese and international enterprises to carry out international talent career development programs under the framework of Belt and Road initiative.

亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会与砂政府科技发展中心(PPKS)签订合作备忘录扩大一带一路产学研联盟合作领域

2021年8月27日，亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会与砂政府科技发展中心(PPKS)线上签订合作备忘录（MOU）。线上签署仪式由亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会中国区执行会长杨程成和秘书长西蒂法拉，与砂政府科技发展中心(PPKS) 执行董事霍尔曼和副执行长扎克里同时连线进行。

砂政府科技发展中心(PPKS)是由马来西亚政府与70余家国际知名企业共同发起的覆盖大学教育和职业教育应用科技中心，双方将结合国际产业资源与一带一路中资企业一起合作打造一个合作互利的教育平台，进一步扩大一带一路产学研联盟合作范围，开创更多领域跨国际学习与教育平台，双方将在教育科研部支持下共同开设中国文化中心，通过线下和线上结合的方式为本地青年学生和教师提供中国文化和职业汉语培训，同时双方将通过与中国和国际企业合作开展在一带一路合作框架下的国际人才职业发展计划。
