“Efforts should be made to seize the opportunities created by the development of information technology,” said Prof. Xiong Si Dong during his speech in the conference. The COVID-19 pandemic has also created an awareness that it is time to improve intercollegiate cooperation and exchanges between one and another. Exchanges of teachers and students have to be expanded. Scientific research cooperation has to be expanded in order to reshape modern universities and therefore define the future.
